37 Exclusion of particular resources
The value of land does not include the value of any of the following on or in the land—
(a)
geothermal energy as defined under the Geothermal Energy Act 2010;
(b)
GHG storage reservoirs as defined under the Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2009;
(c)
minerals;
(d)
petroleum as defined under the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004;
(e)
timber.
