81 Valuation of land omitted from annual valuation
(1)
This section applies if the valuer-general has made an annual valuation for a local government area but has omitted to make a valuation for particular land in the area.
(2)
If the omission comes to the valuer-general’s knowledge, the valuer-general must make a valuation of the land.
(3)
The valuation day for the valuation must be the same valuation day as the valuations for the rest of the land in the area.
(4)
The valuation has effect from the day of effect of the annual valuation from which it was omitted.
