28 Lawyer must notify other parties that a person is legally assisted
(1)
If a person who is receiving legal assistance is, or becomes, a party to a proceeding, the person’s lawyer must give each other person who is, or becomes, a party to the proceeding notice, in the approved form, that the person is legally assisted.
(2)
If the notice is given with a court process, it may be given under the rules of court for service of the process.
