In force

This part applies only to legal assistance consisting of the following legal services given, or to be given, by Legal Aid or a Legal Aid service provider—

(a)

legal services, other than duty lawyer services, for a court proceeding or an alternative dispute resolution process;

(b)

another legal service the board decides.
