440 Definition for pt 4.5
In this part—
consumer dispute means a dispute between a person and a law practice about conduct of—
(a)
an Australian legal practitioner to the extent the commissioner considers that the dispute does not involve an issue of unsatisfactory professional conduct or professional misconduct; or
(b)
a law practice employee of a relevant practice to the extent the commissioner considers that the dispute does not involve an issue of misconduct in relation to the relevant practice.
