15 Terms and conditions of appointment
(1)
The parliamentary counsel is to be paid such remuneration and allowances as are determined by the Governor in Council.
(2)
The parliamentary counsel holds office on such terms and conditions not provided for by this Act as are determined by the Governor in Council.
