Division 2Register of fuel sellers
35L Establishing register
(1)
The chief executive must establish a register of fuel sellers.
(2)
The chief executive may keep the register in the form the chief executive considers appropriate, including, for example, in electronic form.
(3)
The chief executive must record the following information in the register—
(a)
a fuel seller’s registration information;
(b)
changes to a fuel seller’s registration information;
(c)
other information that a fuel seller is required to give to the chief executive under this division.
