35N Notifying changes
(1)
A fuel seller must notify the chief executive of any change to the fuel seller’s registration information within 1 month after the change happens, unless the fuel seller has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(2)
If a person stops being a fuel seller, the person must notify the chief executive of that fact within 1 month after the person stops being a fuel seller, unless the fuel seller has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
