57 Regulations
The Governor in Council may make regulations with respect to—
forms to be used for the purposes of this Act and the purposes for which the respective forms are to be used;
fees payable under this Act and the purposes for which the respective fees are to be payable;
all matters required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed and in respect of which no other means of prescription are provided for;
all matters that in the Governor in Council’s opinion are necessary or convenient for the administration of this Act or to achieve the objects and purposes of this Act.
A regulation may prescribe a penalty not exceeding $500 for any contravention or failure to comply with a provision of the regulations.
