135 Summary cancellation, suspension or variation
(1)
Cancellation, suspension or variation of a permit under section 134 or 134C takes effect when written notice of the cancellation, suspension or variation is given to the permittee.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies subject to section 134(3) to (9).
