Division 3AWithdrawal of approval of relevant agreements entered into by licensees
139A Application of div 3A
This division applies if—
(a)
an approval is given by the commissioner to a licensee, as mentioned in section 153(1) or (3), to—
(i)
let or sublet all or part of the licensed premises; or
(ii)
enter into a franchise or management agreement for all of the licensed premises; and
(b)
the licensee enters into a lease, sublease or franchise or management agreement (a relevant agreement) under the approval.
