83B Authority of nightclub licence
(1)
A nightclub licence authorises the licensee to sell liquor on the licensed premises during ordinary trading hours or approved extended trading hours—
(a)
for consumption on the premises; and
(b)
if stated in the licence—for consumption off the licensed premises, subject to section 83D.
(2)
The authority under subsection (1) is subject to this Act and the conditions stated in a particular licence.
