105 Other amounts under rate notice
(1)
A rate notice may also include an amount, other than an amount for rates or charges, payable to the local government.
Example—
a licence fee payable to the local government
(2)
However, the rate notice must make it clear that—
(a)
the amount is not for rates or charges; and
(b)
payment of the amount, whether before or after the end of any discount period, does not affect any discount that applies to the rates or charges.
