1D Change in boundary affecting only Moreton Bay Regional Council

The area occupied by the Ted Smout Memorial Bridge across Hays Inlet is included in the Moreton Bay Regional Council’s local government area.
(2)
The local government change mentioned in subsection (1) takes effect on the commencement.
