310 Allocation and distribution of financial assistance amount
(1)
The Minister must have regard to the grants commission’s recommendations about the allocation of the financial assistance amount.
(2)
When the financial assistance amount is received from the Commonwealth, it must be distributed among local governing bodies as allocated by the Minister.
