For the application of a relevant provision to a new local government, a reference to a budget meeting in the provision is taken to be a reference to the budget meeting mentioned in section 305 of the Act.

(2)

In this section—

relevant provision means any of the following—

(a)

section 81(2);

(b)

section 118(3);

(c)

section 129(2);

(d)

section 130(4).
