59 Date for first assessment
(1)
If an authorised doctor makes a treatment authority for a person, the authorised doctor must decide and record in the person’s health records a date for the first regular assessment of the patient under section 205.
(2)
The date for the assessment must be not later than 3 months after the day the treatment authority is made.
