186A Details of mineral development licence to be recorded in register
The chief executive must record in the register the following details of a mineral development licence—
(a)
the identification number of the licence;
(b)
the name of the holder;
(c)
the address for service of notices on the holder;
(d)
the description of land for which the licence is granted;
(e)
the term and date of commencement of the licence;
(f)
the conditions, other than conditions prescribed under this Act, to which the licence is subject;
(g)
the minerals the subject of the licence.
