Application for renewal of mineral development licence

In force

(1)

The holder of a mineral development licence may, within 1 year before the current term expires, apply to the Minister for a renewal of the licence.

(2)

The application must be—

(a)

made in the approved form; and

(b)

accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation; and

(c)

accompanied by a statement—

(i)

describing the program of work proposed to be carried out under the authority of the mineral development licence, if renewed; and

(ii)

detailing the estimated human, technical and financial resources to be used to carry out activities under the mineral development licence during each year of the term of the mineral development licence, if renewed; and

(iii)

detailing the applicant’s financial and technical resources for carrying out the activities under the mineral development licence, if renewed.
