24A Details of prospecting permit to be recorded in register
The chief executive must record in the register the following details of a prospecting permit—
(a)
the identification number of the permit;
(b)
the name of the holder;
(c)
the address for service of notices on the holder;
(d)
the description of land for which the permit is granted;
(e)
the term and date of commencement of the permit;
(f)
the conditions, other than conditions prescribed under this Act, to which the permit is subject.
