267A Striking out objections
(1)
This section applies to the extent an objection lodged under section 260 is—
(a)
outside the jurisdiction of the Land Court; or
(b)
frivolous or vexatious; or
(c)
otherwise an abuse of the process of the Land Court.
(2)
Despite sections 265 and 268, the Land Court may, at any stage of the hearing, strike out all or part of the objection.
