883 Conferences with eligible claimants or owners or occupiers started before commencement
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
an authorised officer asked parties to attend a conference under section 335G as in force before the commencement; and
(b)
immediately before the commencement the conference had not taken place.
(2)
The conference must take place under chapter 13, part 2 as in force immediately before the commencement.
(3)
The Common Provisions Act, chapter 3, part 8 does not apply in relation to the conference.
