55 Existing notice stating survey of land has been completed
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
before the commencement, the chief executive gave an applicant for a mining claim a notice under section 6 of the expired regulation; and
(b)
immediately before the commencement, the period mentioned in section 6(3)(a) of the expired regulation had not expired.
(2)
The notice is taken to have been given under section 6(1)(c).
(3)
Anything done in relation to the notice is taken to have been done in relation to the notice under section 6.
