66 Existing notice asking for further information about calculation of volume of water
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
before the commencement, the chief executive gave the holder of a mineral development licence or mining lease a notice under section 31BA(2) of the expired regulation asking the holder to give further information within a stated period; and
(b)
immediately before the commencement, the holder had not complied with the request.
(2)
The notice is taken to have been given under section 35(2).
