216 Giving away animals and biological samples
(1)
The holder of a research permit, or a relevant person for the holder, may give away a dead authorised animal kept under the permit to a person who intends to keep and use the animal under section 34.
(2)
The holder of a research permit, or a relevant person for the holder, may give away a biological sample taken from a live authorised animal kept under the permit to a person who intends to keep and use the sample under section 34.
