217 Moving animals
The holder of a research permit, or a relevant person for the holder, who takes a protected animal under the permit may move the animal from the place where the animal was taken to—
(a)
the licensed premises for the permit; or
(b)
for a dead authorised animal, or a biological sample taken from a live authorised animal, mentioned in section 216—another authorised premises for the animal.
