257B Application and purpose of division
(1)
This division applies in relation to a renewable licence (a prescribed renewable licence) that is prescribed, for section 143B(1)(b) of the Act, as a type of relevant authority that may be automatically renewed by the operation of the authority management system.

(2)
For section 143B(1)(c) of the Act, this division prescribes the way in which a prescribed renewable licence may be automatically renewed by the operation of the authority management system.
