264C Applications for amendment
(1)
The holder of a prescribed authority may apply for a relevant amendment to be made to the authority by the operation of the authority management system.
(2)
The application must—
(a)
be made using the authority management system; and
(b)
state the applicant particulars; and
(c)
be accompanied by the prescribed fee for the application.
