264D Automatic amendment of authorities
(1)
A relevant amendment is to be automatically made to the prescribed authority by the operation of the authority management system only if the holder—
(a)
makes all the required declarations; and
(b)
states the matters in section 264E.
(2)
If the amendment made is a licence type amendment, the amendment does not affect the term of the authority.
(3)
The effect of the amendment does not depend on the amendment being noted on the animal authority.
