409 Existing temporary special management area continued
(1)
This section applies if a declaration (the existing declaration), made under the repealed management regulation, section 361 was in effect immediately before the commencement.
(2)
The declaration is taken to be a temporary marine mammal special management area declaration that is subject to the same terms, conditions or other restrictions (however described) that applied to the existing declaration immediately before the commencement.
