Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020

This section applies in relation to a person if the person was the holder of an approval (the existing approval), immediately before the commencement, under any of the following provisions of the repealed management regulation—

section 338K(1)(b);

section 338P(1)(b);

section 338Q(4)(b).

The person is taken to be holder of an approval (the new approval) under—

if subsection (1)(a) applies—section 300(1)(a); or

if subsection (1)(b) applies—section 300(1)(b); or

if subsection (1)(c) applies—section 300(1)(c).

If, immediately before the commencement, the existing approval was subject to a term, condition or other restriction (however described), the new approval is subject to the same term, condition or restriction.
