416 Undecided applications for amendment of map
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a local government made an application (the existing application) under the repealed management regulation, section 381; and
(b)
immediately before the commencement, the existing application had not been decided.
(2)
The existing application is taken to be an application made under section 371.
