38 Prescribed places—Act, s 62
(1)
This section prescribes parts of national parks for the Act, section 62(4)(a), (b) and (c) and section 62(7), definition prescribed place.
(2)
Each part of a national park stated in schedule 5, column 2, opposite the national park stated in schedule 5, column 1, is prescribed.
