13 Reference to plan
In the description of an area in a schedule, a reference to a plan, the number of which uses—
(a)
the prefix NPW or PA—is a reference to a plan held by and available for inspection in the department; and
(b)
the prefix FTY—is a reference to a plan held by and available for inspection in the department that deals with matters arising under the Forestry Act 1959; and
(c)
any other prefix—is a reference to a plan held by and available for inspection in the department that deals with matters arising under the Land Act 1994.
