Declaration and naming of nature refuges

Current

Each of the areas of land described in schedule 5, column 2 is—

(a)

declared as a nature refuge; and

(b)

assigned the name set out opposite it in the schedule, column 1.

Note—

Each of the areas of land described in schedule 5 is the subject of a conservation agreement.
