28 Conditions
In making or extending a public safety order for a respondent, the court may impose the conditions on the respondent that the court considers necessary having regard to the grounds for making or extending the order.
Without limiting subsection (1), a condition may prohibit the respondent from doing or attempting to do any of the following while the order is in force—
entering or remaining at stated premises;
attending or remaining at a stated event;
entering or remaining in a stated area;
doing a stated thing in a stated area.
Also, it is a condition of the order that the respondent must comply with every reasonable direction given by a police officer for the purpose of the order.
Without limiting subsection (3), the condition under the subsection must be stated in the order.
The court may impose a condition on the order about the use by a police officer of a power under section 31.
A public safety order does not stop the respondent from entering the respondent’s principal place of residence.
