30 Revocation or variation
A court, at any time on application by a senior police officer, may make an order to vary or revoke a public safety order made by the court under this division.
An application must state—
the grounds on which the variation or revocation is sought; and
the information supporting the grounds on which the variation or revocation is sought.
The application must be accompanied by any affidavit the senior police officer intends to rely on at the hearing of the application.
A police officer must serve a copy of the application, with any accompanying affidavit, on the respondent.
A police officer must serve a copy of the order for the variation or revocation on the respondent as soon as practicable after the order is made.
Service of the application or order must be by personal service or, if personal service is not practicable or the respondent is a group of persons, by public notice.
