183 Imprisonment unless penalty paid
If—
(a)
an Act under which a penalty is ordered to be paid does not provide, or a court that orders an offender to pay a penalty does not make an order, for default in payment of the penalty; and
(b)
an offender ordered to pay the penalty does not pay the penalty;
the offender may be imprisoned for a period prescribed by section 185.
