75MA Time of conversion
(1)
The well is taken to be converted to a water observation bore or water supply bore on the earlier of the following—
(a)
the day stated in the approved form under section 75L;
(b)
the day the notice under section 75M is lodged.
(2)
However, if the holder fails to give notice under sections 75L and 75M, the well is taken to be converted to a water observation bore or water supply bore immediately after the well is converted.
