Subdivision 1General provisions
75N Operation of div 3
(1)
This division permits, in particular circumstances, the transfer of the following in relation to a well, water observation bore or water supply bore—
(a)
the control of, and responsibility for, the well or bore;
(b)
the ownership of any works constructed in connection with the well or bore.
(2)
In this division, a transfer of a well, water observation bore or water supply bore is a reference to a transfer in relation to the well or bore mentioned in subsection (1).
