53 Advising licensee of decision
(1)
If the commissioner decides to take no disciplinary action against the licensee, or to refer the matter to QCAT, the commissioner must give notice of the decision to the licensee.
(2)
If the commissioner decides to take disciplinary action against the licensee, the commissioner must give an information notice about the decision to the licensee.
