70 Owner’s obligation for operating and maintaining plumbing and drainage
(1)
The owner of premises must take all reasonable steps to ensure all plumbing and drainage on the premises is kept in good condition and operates properly.
Maximum penalty—250 penalty units.
(2)
If a permit has been issued for permit work for plumbing or drainage on premises, the owner of the premises must ensure the plumbing or drainage is operated and maintained in compliance with the conditions of the permit.
