71 Backflow prevention devices
Unless authorised under this Act or another Act, a person must not—
(a)
remove a backflow prevention device installed at premises; or
(b)
do anything to a backflow prevention device installed at premises that makes the device inoperable.
Maximum penalty—250 penalty units.
