24C Application of part
(1)
This part applies in relation to a general power of attorney for a business.
(2)
A reference in this part to a general power of attorney is taken to include a reference to a document revoking a general power of attorney.
(3)
If a provision of this part is inconsistent with any other provision of this Act, the provision of this part prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
