24D Relationship with other laws
(1)
If there is an inconsistency between this part and any other law in relation to a general power of attorney, this part prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
(2)
Despite subsection (1), this part does not affect the way in which general powers of attorney are executed under the Land Title Act 1994 or the Land Act 1994.
