38 Who may apply for injunction
The following persons may apply to the court for an injunction—
(a)
the chief executive;
(b)
an organisation, or an officer or member of an organisation, as defined under the Industrial Relations Act 2016, schedule 5;
(c)
a person who has a sufficient interest in the matter to which the application relates;
(d)
a State peak council as defined under the Industrial Relations Act 2016.
