51 Declaration about use of information obtained under expired Act
(1)
It is declared that information obtained under the expired Act about the activities or conduct of a person who held a licence as a private employment agent under that Act may be used in a proceeding against the person under part 6 of this Act.
(2)
In this section—
expired Act means the Private Employment Agents Act 1983 as in force from time to time before its expiry.
