112C Application for approval
(1)
An entity may apply to the Minister for approval of a proposed assessment scheme for 1 or more areas of engineering, or proposed areas of engineering, to be conducted by the entity.
(2)
The application must—
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
be supported by enough information to enable the Minister to decide the application; and
(c)
be accompanied by—
(i)
the proposed assessment scheme; and
(ii)
the fee, if any, prescribed under a regulation.
