112D Application for renewal
(1)
The assessment entity for an assessment scheme may apply to the Minister for renewal of the approval of the assessment scheme.
(2)
The application must—
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
be supported by enough information to enable the Minister to decide the application; and
(c)
be made at least 28 days before the approval ends; and
(d)
be accompanied by the fee, if any, prescribed under a regulation.
