40 Purpose and allocation of community visitors (adult)
(1)
The purpose of providing a program involving community visitors (adult) for visitable sites is to protect the rights and interests of consumers at the visitable sites.
(2)
The public guardian may allocate 1 or more community visitors (adult) for a visitable site.
